Enabling SSL on Database Tier

Hi Team,

Please let me know the steps to enable SSL using ORAPKI utility (Not using OWM or any GUI utility) on database tier (11.2.0.2) such that we access the DB over internet.

We have already enabled SSL on our application tier (EBS 12.1.3) which is running on a separate node.

Please note that DB and application runs in separate node.
