Hyperion with Red Hat Linux with VMware 5.1

Dear All,

Need suggestion on Licensing of Oracle which will be applicable considering that we are planning to have Oracle Hyperion over Linux. Since we have more than 4 Environments and we already have VMware as Virtualization Tool, we would be Virtualizing Hyperion over Linux with VMware 5.1

Since with VMware 5.1 we have heard that even creating a new cluster will not work, we have planned to have a new vCenter 5.1 for the VMs of Oracle Database only. We will have Hyperion Application Servers in the existing vCenetr 5.1 and VMs for DB Server in the new vCenter 5.1. The idea here is since Hyperion Application  is having Per User Licensing, we are continuing with the existing vCenter and create a new vCenter only for DB Servers.
