A procurement contract has expired but blanket POs are still getting released against it.

Hello,

Has anyone experienced this kind of issue scenario before? The scenario is a procurement contract with an "Open" status and its contract expiration date has expired on its current version but end users are still able to create requisitions against this expired contract. The PO Auto Source (PO_AUTO_SRC) job then picks up and processes these approved requisitions to create the blanket PO releases. The main run parameter we set for the PO Auto Source job is if the requisition is in Approved status.

Essentially, procurement contracts shouldn't create any new transactions after it has already expired, right?
