Error Message trying to submit warehouse order.

Hello Experts!

  After I hit the submit button I am getting this error message. 

"ORA-01400. Cannot Insert NULL into INV.MTL_TXN_REQUEST_LINES.STATUS_DATE in PACKAGE INV_"    Please help.
