Depot Repair Integration with RFID

Hi, 

 

We are working on a solution where we need to integrate Oracle Depot Repair with RFID system to automate depot repair transactions like receiving, shipping, status tracking etc. 

 

Please find below some facts regarding the AS-IS solution - 

 

1. The client currently use Oracle Depot Repair to manage the repair process of their products. They are on 11.5.10.2 version of Oracle E Business Suite. 

2. Today, they have to manually enter details into this application during various stages of their repair process. They intend to simplify this process through RFID tagging.

3. They intend to tag their valves with RFID, that would have enough information for a Software system to track down its associated records in Depot repair and help in updating the required information.
