Resource Type : Currency

Hello Experts,

I have defined a resource with resource type as Currency and assigned to the department

It is not available for selection during resource assignment at operation level (in one of the 12.2.4 version Instance)

Where as it is available for selection and able to transact in other of the Instance. (12.2.4 Version)

What was the reason behind ? and profile option to control this ?
