How to add contract template start date and DFF (Contract template Attributes) in Purchase Contract

Hello,

I am trying to find some solution on how to add contract template start date and DFF (Contract template Attributes) highlighted in attached document in Purchase Contract template OKCTERMS_en.xsl

Unfortunately, there is not enough information in metalink so it would be great if you help me on this.
