WHEN-TAB-PAGE-CHANGED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062

When ever i am creating a quote through Quoting Manager responsibility i am getting the error 'WHEN-TAB-PAGE-CHANGED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062' and it does not allow me to change the tab also i am not able to press the 'Actions' button.

Is there any setup that i am missing or is it due to some other reason ?
