what we have to test after the ebs R12.1.3 migration from 32 bit to 64bit

Dear Experts,

Recently we have migrate our EBS R12.1.3 application and  database (11gr1) from linux 5  32bit to linux 5 64bit. Migration is successful but before perform the final migration on PROD i want to test the upgraded (64bit) database and application for any error.

plz suggest as a DBA point of view what step and area i have to check on upgraded database (64bit) and application.
