Workbook initializing error in AP 14.1.1

Hi All,

After installation of AP 14.1.1 FC in AIX, getting "Error finishing wizard for template apsetup" while trying to open Assortment Setup/PoC Attributes workbook. Find the error screenshot attached.

Has anyone faced this type of issue and resolved? Any help will be highly appreciated.
