Have any other users encountered problems with P31802 in JDE World version A9.3.1.3?

Back in March of 2015 we upgraded from JDE World A9.3.1.1. to A9.3.1.3.  About that time our accounting users started reporting intermittent problems where work order inventory cardex issues did NOT MATCH the journal entries written to F0911.  We have not been able to replicate this problem, and it is causing us some concern.  Our initial analysis points to program P31802, and it seems to occur when there the same item number exists in the parts list (F3111) multiple times, and the work order inventory issues occur on different days using different batch numbers.  The dollar amounts in the Cardex
