Not able to enter Install line after entering Return line for same item (Material Debrief)

Hi gurus,

Please can you help me with below issue on Material debrief form R12.1.3

After entering the return line on material debrief form when trying to enter the install line for same item the subinventory is going blank.

I'm able to save the Return line entered previously but for same item not able to add install line, although the same item is available in FE usable subinventory.
