Create Account issue for Cost management, Account code mapping error 95265, since the mapping rule h

It is not possible to create an account mapping based upon the code combination 910840 using the chart of accounts mapping GLOBAL COA -> TW STAT ACCT due to NO_MAPPING.  Please update the chart of accounts mapping or use a different mapping.

but the mapping rule has been definded in GL.
