Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. RTE in intersection BC

Hello Community,

we are trying to implement a Run Time Event in Account Contact BC - Event: WriteRecord and we notice that the RTE is not triggered.

We have also tried to use Events: PreWriteRecord/ WriteRecordNew.

Are you aware of such a system limitation (using RTE for intersection BCs)?

We would like to avoid using Event Associate in Account & Contact BCs, since this increases the complexity of the WF that needs to be implemented.
