How to remove the footer merging from RTF layout to excel output in BI publisher

Hi All,

I have an enhancement request where i have to create a report which has rtf layout and has output as excel(xlsx).

I have created this report and there is a merged line below the last row of data in the report(row 14 in the below image).

I have removed the header and footer from RTF but still the row is merged. User needs this row to be not merged as there are some macros or formulas that will be applied on the report.

I have attached the sample rtf and xml data for reference

Can you please help. Thanks in advance.
