Where Can I find Solution #1062505.1?

In a discussion regarding Account Master Z-File Uploading there is a mention of Solution #1062505.1. Where can a copy of this document be found? I have searched the Knowledge Garden, My Oracle Support Community, Archive, Documentation, and System. I believe I understand everything that needs to be done to use the F09011Z but I wanted to make sure I used all reference materials available.
