Is there a replacement for the native directory utility in 11.1.2.4?

We use MS Active Directory ids in our native Hyperion groups.  When viewing the users in some groups, we are seeing this error message:   "EPMCSS-05261:Failed to get Native Group information. Error getting some of the assigned user entries. Verify user directory status and configuration."  I assume this error means that some MSAD ids that were in these groups have been deleted from MSAD and are "hung" in the Hyperion native group.  Is there a replacement for the Native Directory Utility in 11.1.2.4?
