how to turn off or reroute the polling timers EJBs from only one node on a clustered environment

Im having an issue with  Messages in Integration Staging Table being re-processed, we have a clustered environment with load balancer, oracle support told me to turn off the polling timers from sim in one node but turning them off from backend (BD) is not possible since it will turn off both nodes,  whats the best way to configure the polling timers in a clustered  environment? also anyone had the issue with messages? i can see the messages in the integration_Staging table (SIM) and they end duplicated in RMS, also i can see in the RIB log when RIB process the message twice.
