What is DDTek Oracle ODBC

Hello expert,

                     I am not sure whether I am writing in correct space but I need to know this information for below reason.

We are planning to upgarde our 10.2.0.5 databases to 12c databases and I am capturing all the programs connecting to database

Like below

Toad

SQLPLUS

JDBC Thin client and machine name

While collecting this I found a program called DDtek Oracle ODBC which I can not understand what kind of program it is ?

If anybody has any experience can you please share as I need to know impact of this program after upgrading to oracle database 12.
