Report Publishing Form : Report Set not assign all reports in windows 8

Dear Guros,

At publishing customized form, When we used windows 8 so its not assign new row for report set after 7 or 8 rows but when we use windows 7 so its working fine & populate all rows till then 14.

So what the issue with windows 8 ?? Is this any patch requirement ????

This is customized form for publishing report ....
