Prevent a Delivery from being ship confirmed IF not Packed

Hello,

I want the system to prevent ship confirming if a Delivery if not Packed into LPNs. (This is a non-WMS Org)

The "enforce packing in containers" option in the Shipping Parameter is enabled, but it gives only a simple Warning on FORMS exclusively when I try to ship confirm without LPNs. With MSCA, the system does not give any Warning.

Can I combine this option with an Exception for example?
