How to find out a particular database(MS SQL Database) is in use by JDE System ?

Hi,

We need to identify the 2 database servers JDE 7333 and JDE_PD7333(MS SQL Database), whether it is in use by JDE system or not. If it is not in use we need to detach those database from our system. Please suggest on this, how to identify whether these servers are in use and how to detach it, provided it will not impact any of our systems.
