Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Herewith enclosed the SQL Statement and execution plan..

How I can tune it ?

It is taking more than 30 min to execute. there are only two tables in join condition..

SITE table has

AGGREGATED_DATA has 3.5 Crores records or 35 Million records.
