DIMM's are visible in ILOM but not in OS

Hi Folks,

We have a T4-2 server in that we are running with 4GB*16=32GB memory, we  recently upgraded a memory 4GB*32=128GB but in ILOM all 4GB DIMMS are showing good but in prtdiag -v we are able to see only 64GB, then we engaged oracle and the issue is now fixed but i need to know few clarity here.

Earlier in fmadm faulty we could see 4GB*2=8GB DIMMS  have ECC error, but still we see 64GB in prtdiag.
