Cycle Count quantity adjustment

Hello

We are in a process of implementing mobile devises. One of them will be used for Cycle Counting. This mobile devise will work in disconnected mode and a user can trigger when to upload to Oracle.

Here is my question:

I completed my Cycle Count on my mobile devise for example at 1PM.

I uploaded to Oracle at 4PM.

If I have transaction like receive to inventory or issue from inventory between 1PM-4PM, does  Oracle has   the capabilities to adjustment the  quantities ?

For example : I counted 100 parts

                       Received to inventory- 1

                       Issued -5

                   I will upload 100.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
