Need help creating a form personalization of the user form for password

Hi,

I need help creating a form personalization of the User form for the Password field that meets the following critieria.

Is it possible to enforce the following characteristics :

1 - Passwords should be complex and the system should force the users to use a mixture of alpha, numeric and/or special charaters

a. contain both upper and lower case characters

b. have numbers and punctuation characters (special) as well as letters
