ASM : how to use existing disk group ?

Good afternoon,

I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard with Oracle 11.2 binaries installed. This server can see a SAN.

I've set up (with ASMCA) two Disk groups : +DATA and +FRA.

I've installed a sample instance in this Grid.

If this server crashed (burnt). How can I use another server (same configuration) to use this database ? Which tool should I use to set up this ASM instance ? Am I going to lose my database in that case ? How is it possible recreate Windows services ?
