Is it possible to copy an OMW project currently at status 01?

Hello -

We are encountering an issue where a project must be moved to status 11 to allow it to be copied.  We would like to copy 'completed' projects that are at a status 01, but receive an error in OMW when attempting.

Is this a feature of OMW?  Should we be able to copy a project that is at a status 01 to a new project?
