Some LDAP users are not getting synched

Hello

  We are on 932 and have LDAP enabled. We use AD. We are seeing an issue with some of the users not getting synched to Agile. This is not coming in Preview as well. When we take the same filter and query in LDAP browser, we are seeing the users

  Does Agile use the same filter that we see in Java client? Or, does it add any additional criteria when querying LDAP?
