Got an error:= Row 1 Error The hierarchy scheduling structure validation failed after adding child (

I tried to create a parent child work order using the existing work order in which both the work orders are in released status .When tried to create Parent-child it gav the below error " The hierarchy scheduling structure validation failed after adding child (22562133) to parent (22523321)" i need to know the reason that  triggered this error message?
