Question on Applying July CPU Patch

Hello:

I am in process of applying the July CPU 2015 patch 20953340, as per this Doc ID the CPU patch requires to upgrade Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.5.  Please let me how do I check and make sure that the Oracle Application Server is upgrade to 10.1.3.5 or not.
