Repair Job with asset Non standard is not triggering POR for OSP operation

As per standard oracle, when I will release a job with OSP operation, it should create a purchase requisition. this is happening for both standard and Non standard expense but not happening for asset non standard.

can somebody clarify me on this if I am I am missing anything ? is it required any additional setup
