How to Import smart list data into ASO

We are trying to export the level 0 data from Planning application and import it into ASO, the exported data includes smart list values as well, but in the exported data it only has numerical references to the smart list data (not the actual text data). ASO will not recognize those numerical references. So I want to know what is the work around for this issue? (except the MRA push from BSO to ASO, which is causing us a trouble so we can't use it for now). Is there a way we can export the data from BSO which will
