Adv Pricing Manual Adjustments

We have a special trade in promotion going on in which customers get new device at discount (fixed) price.  I sent up the adjustment and put it on the schedule. The correct discounted price defaulted in the order and everything looked perfect in Price History.  But since this discount is related to a trade in, it can't go on a schedule.  It needs to be manually entered on only certain orders.  I took the adjustment off the schedule and marked it as manual.  At order entry, user will need to enter this adjustment name on the Price History screen.  The
