DRP managemt (R3483) - How to setup the process in order to generate proposal to reach a "maximum st

Good morning experts !

We are using EnterpriseOne 9.02.

We would like to setup DRP (R3483) as follow: What we would like is to specify a maximum quantity to be held on hand and a re-order point.  When stock reaches the re-order point we would like the DRP to order whatever quantity is necessary to bring the on hand quantity back to the maximum. 

So, for example.  The maximum stock to be held of 019-11834 in V40UK02 is 20.  When on hand reaches 8 the DRP should order 12 bringing on hand stock back to 20.

We tried to use Safety and Minimum Reorder Quantity but it didn't worked as expected:
