Multiple entries in AR_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL for same adjustment

Hi,

My client is on 11.5.10.2 version of Oracle Applications.

We recently noted that on month end day few adjustments marked their accounting in AR_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL table multiple times.(2 times, 3 times, or 6 times).

There is no front end screen for this table to check how it is created.

I checked data is inserted in this table using package ARP_UPGRADE_COMMON_UTIL, but there is no concurrent program calling this package.

Does anyone have any idea how data is inserted in AR_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL table so that we can back track whether it is Oracle bug or manual error of creating accounting.
