Need some information regarding patch# 19812875

Hello Daniel,

Greetings!

We require some information regarding patch# 19812875 for AV 20.2.3. We were able to get only the below info:

     i. This patch addresses the blank display for ProE 3D files. (Tracking number: 19221218)

     ii. If we go to tracking # 19221218, we can see that it is fixed in AV 21.0.0.93.83

Could you please elaborate a little bit on the issue and why this patch is required?
