what is best system maintenance power recycle procedure with replication conditions ?

As I knew that OS8.4 can be supported to replication offline feature.
I think that it could be useful when the system maintenance time with less replication error and resync.

If customer has two 7320 clusters with replication with 2011 code. not exactly known.
I would like to know the system power recycle sequence procedure.

As I understood that, tmaintenance shutdown procedure looks like the followings.

1. source 7320 shutdown (one node H2 shutdown -> failover occurred -> after failover done, second node H1 sutdown).
2. target 7320 shutdown same as source 7320 cluster.

***** Power on.*****

3. target 7320 cluster H1 power on.
4. Wait the H1 bootup completed. target 7320 cluster H2 power on.
