I want to configure customized option in the pick applet that appears on UI as soon as we click on F

Hi,

I want to configure customized option in the pick applet that appears on UI as soon as we click on F9 on Service Request. Can Some one suggest me the steps to configure. Also i want Secondary Email of the contact to be populated in CC fo rthe outbound mail automatically as soon as we select some recipient group in the Pick applet.
