ADQCKADM.SQR fails with message "Plan Count of 8 Exceeds Maximum (5)..."

Hi,

We are on Peoplesoft Campus Solution 9.0 and Peopletools 8.53.08. We are also uptodate with Bundle#36. When we tried to run the "Quick Admit Batch Apps" process, the delivered SQR "ADQCKADM.SQR" fails with below error:

Plan Count of 8 Exceeds Maximum (5)...

Error on line 390:

   (SQR 3301) Program stopped by user request.


Does any one know that this happens because of
