Using PO_REQUISITION_LINES_PKG2.insert_row for Requisition Line

Hello,

There is a requirement to create a Requisition Line and Distribution Line for an Existing Requisition Number.

Would it be eligible to use the Private Package PO_REQUISITION_LINES_PKG2.insert_row for this ?

In Oracle 12.2.4 there is a Public Package PO_REQUISITION_UPDATE_PUB for this approach but its not working.

Please need view on the approach.
