FSG Publication Page not assign all Reports in IE, windows 8

Dear Guros,

When we use Internet explorer at Windows 8 so our FSG Publication page not assign all report set it was stuck or you can say not any error mentioned but when we using Mozilla Firefox so its going right & assign all report set upto 14 report set.

what was the missing in Internet explorer ????

This is customization form.
