Anyone have experience with xla_je_funds_checker_pkg.unreserve_funds pkg

Ok the issue is that the xla_je_funds_checker_pkg.unreserve_funds pkg will not always unreserve pc_packet records.  It appears that the records in the bc_packet table with a status of 'A' reserve funds for the cc__id on the record.  Sometimes when the unreserve process is run the records with an 'A' status are deleted from the bc_packet table but sometime these records are not deleted and the JE fails funds check.  

The funds check process starts in XLA tables.  We run the funds check in XLA and if the XLA JE passes funds check we then send the record to the GL and unreserve
