Weblogic Versions - Go with the newest?

Hi there,

I am wondering if there are any benefits in updating our JD Edwards HTML Servers from Weblogic 10.3.5 to 12.1.3? Performance increase? Ease of install? etc. Both versions are certified with our Tools release (9.1.5.5) but if there are no benefits to updating then we might as well just stay on 10.3.5.0 for now.
