Backup Strategy

We have oracle RAC (two nodes, on ASM) 11 now and will upgrade to 12C soon.

Our rman backup (nightly) is copied to tape and bring to off site daily. But in case we have server and storage fail during day time before next backup, we could loss all the transactions since last backup.

I'm looking for solution to have backup that allows to restore to the point of failure.
