Hi,

Can the Promote function FAIL when the Parent Currency of an entity has failed validation(means there is blocking value on parent Currency)

We have a situation where Entity Currency Validation PASS for a base entity however the Parent currency validation FAILS.However it seems the system checks only for the Entity currency validation and if it is PASS it allows the entity to be promoted(even though the Parent currency has validation FAIL)

with this situation what happens is : Parent of that entity fails Validation hence  Promotion fails.

Is there a setting or way we can enable promotion to fail for a BASE entity  when Parent currency Validation fails as well?
