Impact of changing Profile value for Profile:Service: Inventory Validation Organization

Hello,

Want to know the impact of changing profile option value for profile Service: Inventory Validation Organization. Currently the value is to set to Item master organization. If this need to be changed to Inventory organization , what are the consideration that need to be analyzed when making this change.

Any guidance on this is highly appreciated.
