Suspense directory files getting rejected

Hello Everyone,

OCOMC AND ECE (IP2)                            

I am having issues post IP2 upgrade,when i send a bulk CDR(suspended) ,it genrates two files in the suspense directory and then after only the suspense file which more entries is only uploaded into BRM and second is found in the rejected directory of the pin_rel.

There is not much in the log as it generates only Debug messages.
