New button is disabled when user go to My Team's View

Hi,

There is a problem when user go to My Team's View and the "New" button is disabled. The expected is that user can create records to any views.

The current setup and the expected result is stated below:

- User has its own Position and not a Siebel Administrator.

- User uses different Organization.

- User can access the My Orders, My Team's View, All Orders, All Orders Across Organization.

- User can create records in all the views.

I tried to change the Position of the user and the result was the user can click the New button in the My Team's View.
