Deploying Jre for windows clients in EBS R12.1.3

we are upgrading JDK and Jre to 1.7.85. as per the document 393931.1 and 1467892.1.

we are already upgraded Oracle AS 10g to 10.1.3.5. Do we still need to follow the document 437878.1 to apply latest Forms and report  patches?
